Metabo 10-inch cordless miter saw

The Metabo HPT 18V MultiVolt 10-inch single bevel cordless miter saw kit, model C1810DFA has, “52-degree miter capacity to the left and right and a 45-degree left bevel capacity to make compound cuts in any lighting condition with ease,” said the company.

The kit comes with a 18V/36V 5.0 Ah MultiVolt battery and a rapid charger with USB port that can power through 180 2 x 4 cuts on a single charge.

Features include multiple common miter stops, electric brake, a thumb activated miter lock, brushless motor capable of 3,800 RPM, and a large extendable rip fence to help cut large work pieces.

In addition, it has the Xact Cut LED shadow line system for cutting accuracy.

This power tool, which the company calls, “the first of its kind cordless miter saw,” weighs 19.6 pounds, and provides a combination of sturdiness and portability for the professional or DIYer.

“It’s part of the expanding MultiVolt system of power tools,” said Metabo HPT.
