SRS Distribution acquires Marsh Building Products
Building products distributor SRS Distribution Inc. announced today that it has acquired Marsh Building Products, Inc.
Headquartered in Fort Thomas, Kentucky, Marsh was founded in 1989 by brothers Ken and Mike Middleton and is run today by company president Patrick McNickle. Marsh Building Products operates 8 facilities across Ohio and Kentucky and employs 130 associates.
Marsh focuses on the distribution of residential and commercial building materials.
McNickle will continue to lead the company under the Marsh banner, ensuring continuity and consistency for customers, suppliers, and employees.
The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Based in McKinney, Texas, SRS Distribution operates under a family of distinct local brands encompassing more than 700 locations across 44 states. The company was founded in 2008.
