NovikStone Skirting displayed during "Homes on the Hill"

Champion Homes, a factory-built home builder, recently displayed a manufactured home and an Accessory Dwelling Unit at the 2022 Innovative Housing Showcase’s “Homes on the Hill” in June at the National Mall in Washington, D.C.

The home included NovikStone Skirting, described as lightweight and easy to work with, with natural stone's intricate detail and curb appeal.

"At the Homes on the Hill Displays, NovikStone complemented our Odyssey model’s navy-blue exterior and white trim as well as added a luxurious texture on our all-white ADU,” said Tammie Davidson, interior design manager for Champion. “We’ve also used the product for skirting and to accent dormers on several other manufactured home designs.”

The showcase was created through a partnership between the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Manufactured Home Institute (MHI).
