L&W Supply makes Indiana acquisition
L&W Supply Corporation, the distributor of drywall, ceiling systems, steel framing and building materials, has acquired Rose & Walker Supply.
Based in Columbus, Ind. and founded in 1986, Rose & Walker Supply is five-branch distributor of drywall products, metal studs, ceiling systems, and insulation. Rose & Walker branches are located in Bloomington, Columbus, Lafayette, Indianapolis, and Terre Haute, Indiana.
We are excited to welcome the Rose & Walker associates, customers and suppliers to the L&W Supply family,” said Dan Piché, L&W Supply’s president. “This is our fifth acquisition since mid-March and supports our strategy to expand our footprint to serve the professional contractor and builder.”
Terms of this deal were not disclosed.
This past June, L&W Supply acquired DeFoor Acoustical with operations in Macon and Atlanta, Ga. Additional recent acquisitions include NexGen Building Supply, Ace Supply in Montgomery, Ala., and Wright Bros. in California Bay Market.
With this acquisition, L&W Supply will now operate 163 locations in 35 states. L&W Supply is a subsidiary of ABC Supply with more than 700 locations coast-to-coast.
