Quikrete Industry Dashboard

The latest version of the Quikrete Industry Dashboard shows the dial for gas prices dipping below the $4 mark for the first time since March.

According to the American Automobile Association, the average price across the USA for a gallon of regular is $3.99 — down from $4.68 a month ago. Still, it’s a far cry from the $3.19 average from a year ago.

The Quikrete industry Dashboard also shows five ticker symbols in the top right quadrant, indicating growth for the month and the year. BLDR continues to set the pace among industry stocks tracked by HBSDealer.

Last week the Bureau of Labor Statistics reported the national unemployment rate for July declined to 3.5 percent, after holding steady at 3.6 percent for the previous three months.
