Monthly sales updates along with stocks and gas prices
The latest version of the Quikrete Industry Dashboard shows activity in the Census Bureau’s monthly sales estimates for NAICS 444 and NAICS 44413.
NAICS 444 sales, on an unadjusted basis, grew to $45.1 billion, up from $42.1 billion in the same month a year ago.
There was a different trend for the hardware store subset (NAICS 44413). Data for June is not available this category, but the newly released May data shows the first year-over-year decline in many months. Hardware still posted a strong sales figure of $3.34 billion, well above April and May on an unadjusted basis.
