ProWood FR Fire-Retardant Plywood meets code standards

ProWood, the brand of pressure-treated wood products, announced that its ProWood FR fire-retardant plywood complies with the 2021 International Building Code and International Residential Code, becoming the first pressure-treated, fire-retardant panel to do so.

"We knew the importance of achieving 2021 code compliance with ProWood FR and our team led the way to make that happen," said Ryan Kemp, executive vice president of ProWood. "Builders, architects and specifiers can be confident that ProWood FR will meet code requirements as jurisdictions begin to enforce the 2021 major model building codes."
