ProDealer Industry Summit: Execs to discuss takeaways from the COVID-19 crisis

Some of the lumber and building material industry's leading executives will discuss the lessons that have been learned since the height of the COVID-19 crisis.

The discussion will take place on Oct. 7 at the virtual 2020 ProDealer Industry Summit. 

This session will address the most critical questions facing lumber dealers across the country. Panelists will share how the COVID-19 health crisis impacted their businesses in all facets including ensuring the health and safety of both employees and customers, crisis management, sales and marketing strategies, and the impact that federal government policy has had.

In addition, learn about the many innovative changes that were implemented to accommodate and better serve customers and care for employees. Leaders will also discuss how they kept team moral high, ensured that their employee concerns were heard, what steps were taken, and what challenges still remain.

Participants include James Drexinger, CEO of American Construction Source (ACS); Steve Swinney, CEO of Kodiak Building Partners; John Perna, president of Hamilton Building Supply; and Dennis Stein, CEO of Stein Lumber Company.

The summit is scheduled for Oct. 7 - Oct. 9 with all events taking place virtually.
