Do you agree with the Supreme Court's decision to block the OSHA rule?

The Supreme Court decision was applauded by various business groups and business leaders.

The National Lumber and Building Material Dealers Association response to the ruling including this quote from CEO Jonathan Paine: “While the health and safety of employees will always be a top priority for our industry, NLBMDA continues to have serious concerns regarding the financial and administrative burden that OSHA’s vaccine mandate would place on lumber and building material dealers."

One reader, who asked to remain anonymous, wrote:

"Some employers are interested only in the bottom-line quarterly results, even at the expense of employee safety and the environment. I’m happy to be working for a company that sees safety as not only protecting the workers, but also a wise, long-range profitable, business strategy."
