Should the U.S. invest $40 billion in public housing infrastructure?
A recent article in HBSDealer described several of the components of the Biden Administration's "American Jobs Plan."
One of the planks is to address longstanding public housing capital needs. Biden is calling on Congress to invest $40 billion to improve the infrastructure of the public hosing system in America. The funding is described as a response to "critical life-safety concerns" as well as improve energy efficiency and reduce operating costs.
