PLM announces promotions
Pennsylvania Lumbermens Mutual Insurance Company (PLM) announced a series of promotions and management moves via social media.
On Linkedin and Facebook, PLM today announces the promotions of John Marazzo to senior vice president of accounting and corporate treasurer; Steve Hicks to assistant vice president, underwriting; and Ed Nowak to assistant vice president, IT.
“John, Steve, and Ed are all critical assets to their teams and our entire organization,” said John Smith, president and CEO of PLM.
“John’s leadership qualities and people skills have greatly improved our finance operations and relationships,” Smith added. “Steve’s passion for continuous learning and broad perspective have strengthened various aspects of PLM’s underwriting capabilities, most notably our wildfire strategy.”
“Ed Nowak has played a critical role in transforming our data environment and streamlining our business and IT operations with automation,” Smith noted.
Smith closed out PLM’s post by saying, “John, Steve and Ed have made unparalleled contributions to our organization and represent the best of PLM. Congratulations to all three of them on these well-deserved promotions.”
