Parksite announced that it is expanding its partnership with Tando Composites and partnering with Keene Building Products.

The move with Tando Composites calls for Parksite to distribute the TandoStone and the Beach House Shake product lines within its Florida distribution markets effective immediately.   In addition to the Florida expansion, Parksite will also carry Beach House Shake in their Maryland and North Carolina markets.

TandoStone and Beach House Shake are engineered with state-of-the-art KAPGUARD, featuring a Kynar coating to provide lasting beauty and color protection for 20+ years. Derby Building Products recently rebranded the two product lines to Tando Composites.

“We pride ourselves on being the premier partner to leading manufacturers in the building industry and we are extremely proud to have been selected to represent the Tando Composites product line,” said Bob Higgins, senior vice president of sales for Parksite. “Building on our partnership with Tando Composites enables us to build on our portfolio of leading brands and offer our customers the highest quality and most innovative products in the industry.”

Parksite said that  Keene Building Products complement Parksite’s existing offering of DuPont Performance Building Solutions and will be sold through the Parksite dealer network. Parksite dealers will be supported by demand created by the ParksitePROs, a group of certified specialists who provide down-stream job-site support, troubleshooting, installation & product training, along with construction team education and coaching.
