Owens Corning introduces the Pinks

To help promote a new product, here's the new generation of insulation superheroes.

Just in time for the fall and winter insulation season, Owens Corning’s new PINK Next Gen Fiberglas insulation has been launched.

Behind the advanced fiber technology of PINK Next Gen Fiberglas is a tightly woven network of soft, fine fibers to form a super-resilient blanket of insulating micro-pockets. And it’s being launched with the help of some animated superheroes created by the Owens Corning insulation marketing team.

The Meet the PINKS! Campaign features:

• Precision Pete – a red-haired mercurial guy who darts around super-fast, dedicated to fast installs and a smooth inspection process;
• Comfort Carolina, a sprightly young woman who keeps everyone cozy;
• Safety Sam, a muscle-man who is super-protective when it comes to safe ingredients and fire;
• Sustainability Steve, noted for his green thumb, gives a thumb-up to wind powered manufacturing and recycled content.

“The PINKS are a fun and animated way to show the four key areas that PINK Next Gen Fiberglas addresses for contractors, installers, builders and homeowners,” said Joe Wagner, Insulation marketing director.
