Parksite names new CIO
Mike Knezevich will the distributor’s technology teams across all business units.
Building products distributor Parksite, Inc. announced that Mike Knezevich has been appointed to the newly created role of vice president and chief information officer.
In this role, Knezevich will lead Parksite’s technology teams across all business units.
“How we leverage technology into our customer and supplier experiences will continue to play an increasing role in our future growth and sustainability,” said Ron Heitzman, CEO of Parksite. ”Mike’s proven leadership and diverse technical background will be instrumental in Parksite’s investment in technology as a differentiator.”
Knezevich has more than 20 years of technology leadership experience as a consultant and as a strategic technology leader within businesses in manufacturing, distribution and service industries. Most recently he served as global IT director for Ingredion, a global food ingredients solutions company.

Parksite is based in Batavia, Ill. and distributes building construction products and specialty building materials to dealers and fabricators within the commercial construction, residential construction and remodeling markets.
