New owners for Thermo-Tech
Harvey Building Products acquires maker of windows and doors.
Waltham, Mass.-based Harvey Building Products has acquired Thermo-Tech Windows and Doors LLC out of Sauk Rapids, Minn. Thermo-Tech is 25-year-old, family-owned company. It produces vinyl new construction and replacement windows and sliding patio doors. Thermo-Tech will immediately become part of the Harvey family of businesses, which also includes Soft-Lite, LLC.

Harvey operates two manufacturing facilities, 36 distribution centers and 13 product showrooms. It sells directly to contractors, builders, general contractors and other building industry professionals. The company has approximately 1,500 employees.
