New loader attachments from John Deere

The attachments can be used for a variety of landscaping purposes.
John Deere has added two loader attachments and two rear implements to its Frontier equipment lineup to meet the land maintenance needs of large property owners who use John Deere Compact Utility Tractors.

The lightweight Frontier AY11F 4-in-1 Bucket is 53-inches wide and weighs less than 260 pounds. Customers can use the versatile bucket as a grapple, scraper or dozer. A 30-inch jaw opening and serrated edge enable the bucket to handle large items and tightly grasp material. Two hydraulic cylinders on the bucket evenly distribute loads and provide increased load-carrying capacity.

“The versatility of the 4-in-1 Bucket make it a solid choice for backfilling and cleanup, grading and smoothing driveways, lifting large objects and moving loose material like gravel,” said Scott Geier, marketing manager, partnered products for John Deere.

The bucket’s hinges are made of heavy-duty steel to resist bending and offers longer wear capability with large, greaseable pivot points for long service life.

John Deere also introduced the 160-pound Frontier AV20F Root Grapple equipped with upper and lower grapple tines for debris cleanup, brush removal or moving large logs or rocks. The 53-inch wide root grapple features multiple 6- and 8-inch grapple tines, a protected single hydraulic cylinder and a 30-inch jaw opening to efficiently capture and clamp tightly around material.

Frontier LP1048L and LP1060L Land Planes are built to handle a wide range of property-maintenance duties around the farm or small acreage including leveling driveways, filling potholes, reconditioning roads and landscaping.
