L&W Supply acquires Delta Gypsum
L&W Supply Corporation, the distributor of drywall, ceiling systems, steel framing and building materials, has acquired Delta Gypsum based in Raleigh, N.C.
Delta Gypsum specializes in drywall products, metal studs, ceiling products and insulation. They company operates six locations in North Carolina and one branch in eastern Tennessee under the name Appalachian Gypsum.
L&W Supply said the acquisition supports its overall growth strategy and expands the footprint to serve the professional contractor and builder in North Carolina and eastern Tennessee.
This transaction is expected to close on March 31. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
With this acquisition, L&W Supply will operate 171 locations in 35 states. Based in Chicago, L&W is a subsidiary of ABC Supply.
