KB Home appoints a new Los Angeles/Ventura head

KB Home has named a new president for its growing Los Angeles/Ventura division.

Glen Longarini has been promoted from his previous role as executive VP to lead the company's homebuilding operations in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties.

“We are pleased to promote Glen Longarini to serve as president of the Los Angeles/Ventura division,” said Nick Franklin, executive VP strategic operations for KB Home. “Glen returned to KB Home two years ago as executive VP, and he has done an outstanding job acquiring, opening and repositioning several communities in critically important submarkets."

Longarini has more than 20 years of residential construction experience in Southern California.

"With his extensive experience and understanding of the Los Angeles and Ventura markets, we are confident that Glen will continue to be an asset to KB Home as we grow our presence in the region," added Franklin.

KB Home currently maintains eight locations in Los Angeles and Ventura.
