HBSDealer poll question: Confidence
What are your sales expectations for the next six months?
On Monday, the National Association of Home Builders/Wells Fargo Housing Market Index (HMI) showed an increase in May, after a huge drop in April.
[Read the builder confidence story here.]
The HMI is derived from a monthly survey that gauges builder perceptions based on a good-fair-or-poor scale of single-family home sales and sales expectations for the next six months.
This week’s HBSDealer poll question applies the same gauge to the hardware and building supply industry. Here’s the question: Over the next six months, how would you describe your sales expectations? Good, fair or poor?
The poll is available on the right side of this page (or scroll down your mobile device).
