Fypon launches how-to blog

Archbold, Ohio-based urethane trim and millwork manufacturer Fypon announced it has launched a new online tool to help homeowners and professionals find the best look and material for their projects.

The online blog, fybonblog.extremehowto.com, features access to information related to urethane and PVC millwork, the company said.

“This blog site has been designed as an online research tool for both homeowners and contractors,” said Tina Mealer, of Fypon. “Expert advice is offered by industry professionals on everything from using urethane products successfully on historic restoration projects to tips on easy home improvement projects. There’s even a ‘problems and solutions’ section to help people troubleshoot projects.”

Some of the topics included on the site are the benefits of urethane trim over wood, summer project ideas and 10-minute home improvement projects.

The company said the site was launched with more than 250 ideas and tips for home enhancement projects, and blog visitors are encouraged to share their comments and success stories on using urethane products.
