Costello’s Ace shares virus mitigation plan

The 36-store chain will waive delivery fees on orders of $20 or more, among other steps.

Costello’s CEO Michael Costello in an open letter to the public described all of the steps the 36 store company is taking to maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.

Additionally the CEO outlined the company’s plans to waive all local delivery fees on orders of $20 or more so that customers who are unable or uncomfortable leaving their homes can still receive the support they need to maintain their homes.

“For 46 years, Costello’s Ace Hardware has existed to serve our neighbors and community”, said Michael Costello. “Our aim is to always provide solutions to our customers whether it is in the form of a home or business product, helpful advice, instilling confidence, or lending a helping hand.  Difficult circumstances require unwavering resourcefulness and dedication to our mission- this is when the Costello’s Ace team shines brightest.”
