BlueLinx, James Hardie form distribution partnership
BlueLinx Holdings reported that it will now distribute James Hardie fibre cement building products in the Oklahoma, Missouri and Arkansas markets.
According to Ron Herrin, BlueLinx vice president of procurement, BlueLinx will distribute James Hardie from distribution centers in St. Louis, Kansas City and Springfield, Mo., along with facilities in Oklahoma City, Okla. and Little Rock, Ark.
Products that will be distributed by BlueLinx include HardiePlank lap siding, HardiePanel vertical siding, and HardieShingle siding
“Partnering with James Hardie allows us to drive their sales performance in these markets while continuing to offer our customers excellent products and the best service in the industry,” Herrin said. “We are excited to be in an even stronger position for growth in these territories through this new partnership.”
Based in Marietta, Ga., BlueLinx distributes products to approximately 15,000 national, regional, and local dealers, as well as specialty distributors, national home centers, industrial, and manufactured housing customers.
