ABC Supply expands in western New York

12/26/2019
ABC Supply has opened its latest branch in Elmira, N.Y., approximately 195 miles southwest of Albany and 89 miles south of Syracuse.

The new location is also a short ride from the New York/Pennsylvania border. ABC has more than 20 locations in New York state.

James Londa will manage the branch. He joined ABC Supply in 2015 as a delivery services manager for the Endwell, New York, location following the acquisition of Norandex Building Materials Distribution, ABC said. Over the next four years, he gained experience in other branch roles, including inventory and purchasing management and administration.

Londa began his career in the building industry over 25 years ago working in sales and managerial positions throughout the state of New York after serving in the U.S. Navy.

“Jim has a keen understanding of what contractors need from their supplier and how ABC Supply can meet those needs,” said Tom Kuchan, vice president of ABC Supply’s Northeast Region. “Whether it’s serving new or existing customers, he and his team are eager to help area contractors run and grow their businesses.”

Based in Beloit, Wis., ABC Supply has more than 790 locations with a focus on roofing materials, siding, windows and exterior building materials.
