McCoy's Building Supply announces management appointments
McCoy’s Building Supply has announced the promotions of two store managers in Texas.
Drew Van Winkle has been named store manager of the dealer’s Belton, Texas, location.
Van Winkle, a native of Salado, joined McCoy’s nearly two years ago working in the lumberyard and on the sales floor. He enrolled in the company’s Management Development Program and served as an assistant manager in Cleveland and Tomball before his recent promotion.
“I love getting to help others and every day at McCoy’s we have the opportunity to make a difference in somebody’s life,” said Van Winkle. “I am thrilled to be part of the Belton team and go on this journey with them."
McCoy’s also announced the appointment of Matthew Gonzalez as store manager of its Aransas Pass location.
Gonzalez, a native of Pharr, joined McCoy’s eight years ago working at his hometown store. He enrolled in the company’s Management Development Program and was quickly promoted to assistant manager in Weslaco. For the past two years, Gonzalez has been the manager of the store in Del Rio,

“I’m looking forward to the many contributions Matthew is going to bring to the Aransas Pass Market,” said McCoy’s Regional Manager Matt Ramos.
Based in San Marcos, Texas, McCoy’s operates 88 retail building supply locations with full-service lumberyards in Arkansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas.
