Quikrete Industry Dashboard

The latest version of the Quikrete Industry Dashboard shows a welcome month-to-month uptick in total starts. But the pace of starts for November – SAAR of 1,256,000 – is down compared to the same month a year ago – SAAR 1,303,000. Single-family starts, meanwhile, slipped 4.9% to a pace of 824,000. Also on this holiday-edition dashboard, existing home sales increased to a pace of 5.32 million, up from 5.22 million in October.
