L&W Supply names new Columbus, Ohio manager

L&W Supply announced that Jeffrey Pettit is the new branch manager at its Columbus, Ohio location.

Pettit started his career at L&W Supply in 2004 as a driver. 

The manager has since held many positions within the company, including warehouse manager, inside sales associate, delivery services manager, and branch manager for the Saginaw, Mich., location.

“Jeff inspires others with his dedication to his team and customers,” said L&W Supply’s Great Lakes District Manager Tracy Hein. “I am excited to see Jeff and his team assist Columbus contractors, providing support and expert knowledge to help them succeed.”

As branch manager, Pettit will be responsible for managing daily branch operations, cultivating customer relationships, guiding associates, and executing branch growth and profitability, L&W Supply said.

Based in Chicago, L&W Supply distributes wallboard, suspended ceiling systems, steel studs, joint treatment, insulation, fasteners, and related building products through over 200 branches in 40 states. 

The company is a subsidiary of ABC Supply Co. with more than 840 branches nationwide.
