US LBM Holdings, LLC (US LBM) has named Tim Liester to the newly created position of executive vice president of operations and sales.
Liester has been with the Minnesota-based Lyman Companies, a division of US LBM, for more than 20 years and was named president in 2016. Scott Richter succeeded Liester as president of Lyman Companies.

Liester joined Lyman Companies in 1997, holding a number of critical management positions with the company. Prior to joining Lyman, he held sales and management roles with the former Trus Joist Corporation, now a division of Weyerhaeuser, as well as Georgia-Pacific.
