“An amazing experience that broadened my understanding in depth in innovation, technology, marketing, and sales. It was truly an honor. ” stated Mariah Hughes from Yoder’s Building Supply.

The annual highlight of every program is the case study. This year, attendees visited the iconic Radio Flyer Headquarters at the invitation of Radio Flyer President & CEO, Robert Pasin. Pasin offered a presentation on navigating the challenges of building a future-focused culture and organization as a family-owned legacy company.

The group then took a first-hand look at the Radio Flyer headquarters, which still operates in its original west Chicago factory building.

LMC is on a short list of prestigious Association & Specialty Programs run in partnership with Kellogg School of Management’s executive education program at Northwestern University.
