Kodiak scores acquisition in Idaho

Kodiak Building Partners acquired Valley Lumber & Rental, a prominent provider of hardware and building supplies in Victor, Idaho, and surrounding areas.

The move is the latest for the fast growing Kodiak, which has grown from a standstill to 129 locations since its founding in 2011.

Kodiak described its latest acquisition as a business known for its commitment to service, value, and quality; and adds that Valley Lumber & Rental is poised for growth.
