Endeavor acquires Allegiant Fire Protection
Endeavor Fire Protection, Building Industry Partner’s recently launched fire protection and safety company, has acquired Allegiant Fire Protection
Founded in 2018, Allegiant Fire Protection operates in markets within Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana. The company designs and installs fire alarm systems and offers around-the-clock monitoring, testing, and inspection for fire suppression systems.
Allegiant’s customer base includes hospitals, senior living facilities, data centers, municipalities, and manufacturing, commercial, and industrial clients.

Endeavor Fire Protection said it is actively seeking to invest in fire and life safety companies across the United States.

The financial terms of this acquisition were not disclosed.
Much Shelist acted as M&A legal counsel and Holland & Knight LLP acted as corporate and financing legal counsel to BIP. Fifth Third Bank and Siguler Guff & Company provided debt financing to support the acquisition.
Building Industry Partners launched the Endeavor platform last month following the acquisition of Valley Fire Protection Services.
