Cameron Ashley names new VP of insulation sales
Cameron Ashley Building Products has named Bob Sellers as vice president of insulation sales.
The building products distributor said Sellers is responsible for the growth and development of both new and existing national accounts to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
“We are thrilled to have Bob join Cameron Ashley during this significant period of our company’s growth,” said Donny DeMarie, president and CEO of Cameron Ashley. “His industry experience and knowledge in strategic sales planning and execution will be an asset as we continue to expand the Cameron Ashley footprint.”
Based in Greenville, South Carolina, Cameron Ashley operates more than 50 distribution centers across the country. The company is wholesale distributor of roofing, insulation, gypsum, siding, and other specialty building products.
“Bob is a perfect fit with our employee-centric, high-integrity, and customer-focused culture,” DeMarie added. “Bob will be an asset to both Cameron Ashley and our Customers.”
Sellers arrives at Cameron Ashley with an extensive background in manufacturing related to building products with a focus on insulation and steel fabrication. He was most recently the director of sales and marketing for one of the largest temporary fence manufacturers in North America.
Prior to that, Sellers was the director of national accounts at Knauf Insulation.
