Atlantic Plywood adds Uniboard to product mix

Atlantic Plywood, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Parksite, announced that it has expanded its product mix with the addition of Uniboard for the markets and customer base served from Bolingbrook, Ill. 

The offering will include an exclusive palette of 24 specifically selected colors of Uniboard’s TFL product line for the architect and design community and millwork shops. Atlantic Plywood said that Uniboard features the latest in color trends and is ideal for retail, residential and commercial applications.

The collaboration is an opportunity to enhance the marketplace with a variety of contemporary choices, while offering superior quality, cutting-edge technology, and a beautiful aesthetic, Atlantic Plywood said.

Parksite acquired Atlantic Plywood Corporation, a distributor of industrial wood products and accessories in the Northeastern United States in January 2018.

Founded in 1974, Atlantic Plywood now operates 12 distribution facilities located in Connecticut, Georgia, Maine, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Vermont and Illinois.

Parksite was founded in 1971 by John Morrisroe and Ray Biggins. The company is 100% employee-owned.
