Westlake Royal Building Products unveils new partnerships
Westlake Royal Building Products announced multiple new partnerships that will distribute its Versetta Stone product along with other materials.
This includes distribution partnerships with Lumbermen’s Inc., Mid-Am Building Supply, and Wausau Supply Company.
These partnerships will expand the Versetta Stone footprint in both the Midwest as well as the East Coast, West Lake Royal Building Products said.
Mid-Am Building Supply will also distribute TruExterior Siding and Trim at their Spring Hill, Kan. location.
Additionally, Westlake is partnering with LWI Supply who will distribute Versetta Stone, Zuri Premium Decking, TruExterior Siding and Trim, Royal Trim; Mouldings, and Celect Cellular Composite Siding and Trim in the Midwest.
Here are more details about Westlake Royal’s new distribution collaborations:
- Headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Lumbermen’s Inc. will distribute Versetta Stone, a stone veneer siding panel that is mortarless and cement-based. It is the only siding to master the true look of hand-laid stone walls with panels that offer virtually undetectable joints. This includes three new points of distribution including Grand Rapids and Detroit, Mich. along with Indianapolis, Ind.. Versetta Stone provides the true look of hand-laid stone walls with panels that offer virtually undetectable joints. Lumbermen’s Inc. is an employee-owned company that operates in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky.
- Based in Moberly, Mo., Mid-Am Building Supply Inc. will distribute Versetta Stone. Mid-Am Building Supply Inc. is a family-owned business with more than 330 associates focused on the success of its customers. The move includes three new points of distribution including Moberly and Chillicothe, Mo. in addition to Spring Hill, Kan. The Spring Hill location will also distribute TruExterior Siding and Trim, a poly-ash siding that has the versatility and toughness to stand up to extreme weather, ground contact and damage from bugs, while also giving pros total freedom to create custom looks.
- Operating out of its Toledo, Ohio location, Wausau Supply Company will also distribute Versetta Stone. Headquartered in Wausau, Wisconsin, the company’s geographical footprint extends from the Pacific West Coast to the western edge of the Appalachian Mountains. This partnership will strengthen Westlake Royal’s footprint on the East Coast, the company said.
- Lumberman’s Wholesale, Inc. (LWI) Supply is a distributor of building materials headquartered in Montgomery, Ill. Operating out of its new St. Louis, Mo. location, LWI Supply will distribute Versetta Stone, Zuri Premium Decking, TruExterior Siding and Trim, Royal Trim; Mouldings, and Celect Cellular Composite Siding and Trim. LWI Supply distributes a variety of building materials throughout Northern and Central Illinois, Southern Wisconsin, and Northwest Indiana.
