These hires increase the headcount of Russin’s sales force and will enable even deeper penetration to already growing markets, the company said.

Rodriguez is covering Rhode Island as well as Massachusetts in her new role at Russin. She brings a polish and panache to her sales methodology that will make her a great fit for Russin’s customer mix, the company said.

A lifelong student of the industry, Carney has been involved with everything from deck builds and small remodeling projects to tackling full home renovations. He brings a technical know-how to his sales effort that will be valued at Russin, and will be covering both the Western New York and Western Pennsylvania markets for the company.
