RTA, BILT app puts cabinet assembly at fingertips
RTA Cabinet Store announced it is adding state-of-the-art interactive instructions for cabinet assembly. Powered by BILT, the 3D app guides users step by step through assembly and installation with voice, text, and animated guidance.
“We pride ourselves on bringing best-in-class cabinet selection, value and speed to the market. Now we’re reducing installation frustration and setting our customers up for success too,” says RTA General Manager Todd Nickell.
BILT enables users to manipulate 3D animations on a touchscreen phone or tablet to zoom in or rotate images 360 degrees. Consumers can download BILT from the App Store or Google Play. Inside the app, people can also leave a review about the product and process. (Watch the video for more details.)
Conshohocken, Pa.-based RTA said it is the first cabinet company to provide this level of installation instructions in partnership with BILT.
Select cabinet lines are equipped with BILT App instructions now, with more products slated for release during this year.
Earlier in 2021, the firm said, it added the Quick Ship GuaranteeTM to its customer-centric toolbox. Now with the introduction of 3D instructions, RTA Cabinet Store has set itself up as a match for DIY cabinet purchase and installation.
