US LBM acquires Bailey Lumber & Supply
In its second acquisition announced in the past two days, US LBM Holdings, LLC has acquired Bailey Lumber & Supply, a distributor with six locations in Mississippi.
US LBM acquired Bailey Lumber & Supply from the Bailey family, which founded the company in 1947. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Based in Gulfport, Miss., Bailey’s offers a broad range of services and specialty building products to both professional builders and do-it-yourselfers, including roofing, siding, windows, cabinets, floor and roof truss systems, customized doors and fine millwork.
Bailey Lumber & Supply will continue to be led by Richard Kostal, who is remaining with the company as president.

On April 2, US LBM reported that it had acquired BM Windows of Las Vegas.
With headquarters in Buffalo Grove, Ill., US LBM operates more than 250 locations and had sales of $3.34 billion in 2018.
