ToughBuilt expands reach through new distribution agreements

4/9/2020
Tool and accessories manufacturer ToughBuilt Industries has signed new distribution agreements with PRO Group and Haspaka, the Israeli distributor.

PRO Group represents more than $5.25 billion in annual buying power through PRO Hardware, Garden Master, Golden-Link, and FarmMart. ToughBuilt CEO Michael Panosian said the partnership will help the company extend its reach into the smaller retailer sector “which reaches all parts of the U.S. including Middle America and rural areas.”

Haspaka serves both large factories and professionals with a wide range of tools and equipment. The company’s current catalog includes 15,000 items. According to ToughBuilt CEO Michael Panosian, this move provides the manufacturer with entry into the Middle East.

“I am pleased to announce this partnership with Haspaka and our continued expansion globally,” he said. “This is a strong foray into the Middle East, an area which is new to us.”

Haspaka reaches about 18 different nations, ToughBuilt said.

“We believe international distribution puts us at the level in which ToughBuilt will be better positioned to potentially attain brand recognition throughout the globe,” Panosian explained.

Based in Lake Forest, Calif., offerings from ToughBuilt include soft goods and kneepads along with sawhorses, in addition to other products.

Earlier this month ToughBuilt signed a distribution agreement with Distribution America.
