Texas management promotions at McCoy’s

McCoy’s Building Supply has announced its latest store manager appointments, including a duo of company veterans.

Joe Munoz has been appointed manager of the pro dealer’s Brazoria, Texas location and Robert Paul has been named manager of the company’s Richwood store.

Paul is a 28-year McCoy’s veteran with 23 years of management experience. Most recently he served as manager of the company’s Brazoria store where he focused on McCoy’s customer-centric approach to management, the company said.

“I’m really looking forward to getting to know the customers and crew in Richwood,” said Paul.

“I’ve worked with Robert for many years as he managed the Brazoria store and I’m excited for him to lead the Richwood,” said McCoy’s Regional Manager Ronnie Byrd said. “He knows McCoy’s inside and out and I know his crew is really pumped to help him grow the business.”

Munoz is a 20-year McCoy’s veteran with 13 years of management experience. He worked his way through a variety of store roles before stepping into management, where he focused on McCoy’s dedication to customer service, the company said. Most recently, Munoz was store manager of the McCoy’s store in Rosenberg

“I’m excited to be managing the Brazoria store,” reveals Munoz. “I’ve lived here for years so it’s great that I now get to serve the customers in my hometown.”

“I’m really excited to have Joe managing the Brazoria store,” Byrd said. “That’s my Saturday shopping store, so I’m looking forward to seeing him while I’m shopping as a customer as well as getting to work with him as we continue to grow the business.”

McCoy’s operates 86 stores and two millwork facilities in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Mississippi and New Mexico.
