Rev-A-Shelf acquires Sidelines
Rev-A-Shelf, LLC., has acquired of Sidelines Inc., of Scottsdale, Ariz.
Sidelines was developed as a company with a unique take on organizational items for the closet, kitchen and home. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“The Sidelines product and reputation for quality are an exciting addition to the Rev-A-Shelf Closet/ Whole Home Cabinet Accessories offering,” said David Noe, general manager of Rev-A-Shelf. “ Our customers will find many resourceful ways to design them into future jobs, and the end consumer will benefit.”
Charles and Kris Costa founded Sidelines with the focus of bringing stylish, high end, responsible products to the market. They did this by merging modern design with luxurious textures and finishes, creating a new vision that brings true artistry to home organization.
“Rev-A-Shelf has an excellent reputation in our industry with the means, know-how and ability to take the scope of their line to new heights with the addition of the Sidelines line,” Charles and Kris Costa said in a statement. “We are excited to see the merger of our two companies take a giant leap forward.”
Based in Louisville, Ky., Rev-A-Shelf designs and manufactures accessories for the kitchen, bath, or closet. With the acquisition of Tresco Lighting, Rev-A-Shelf offers a full line of LED lighting options for residential and commercial cabinetry and store display fixtures. Rev-A-Shelf’s primary markets are cabinet hardware distributors, large OEM cabinet manufacturers, Lowe's and Menards home centers, and a number of online web resellers.
