Parr Lumber acquires Truss-Way
Truss-Way serves customers throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Parr Lumber, the Hillsboro, Ore.-based pro dealer, has acquired Truss-Way, Inc.
Trus-Way was established in 1992 and operates two manufacturing plants in Vancouver and Sunnyside, Wash. The company designs and manufactures high-quality roof and floor trusses for single-family, multi-family, light commercial and agricultural projects.
The company serves professional contractors as well as homeowners in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Northern California.
Parr Lumber Company was established in 1930 by Dwight Parr Sr., in the Pacific Northwest and remains a family-owned company.
The dealer operates 34 facilities in Oregon and Washington, which include pro/retail building material yards, contractor focused facilities, and cabinet outlets.
