NLBMDA and NAHB unite in latest ‘Lumber Talks’

NLBMDA director of government affairs previews LegCon and regulations impacting the LBM industry.

The latest episode of “Lumber Talks” from the National Lumber and Building Material Dealers Association (NLBMDA) features an industry power duo.

NLBMDA President and CEO Jonathan Paine sits down with National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Chief Economist Robert Dietz to discuss the economic outlook for 2020.

Dietz, who is also the senior vice president of economics and housing policy for the NABH, is responsible for housing market analysis, economic forecasting and industry surveys, and housing policy research.

The most recent Lumber Talks also includes NLBMDA Director of Government Affairs, Kevin McKenney, reviewing the legislative and regulatory news impacting the industry, along with the issues on deck for the upcoming Spring Meeting & Legislative Conference taking place in Washington, D.C. March 23 – 25.
