New Milwaukee Tool products measure up

Milwaukee breathes new life into a trio of traditional measuring and layout tools.
Milwaukee Tool is expanding its measurement offerings with the introduction of a new Trim Square, Pipe Lock Level, and Pocket Level.

The tool manufacturer said the new increase efficiency on the jobsite by addressing common user frustrations with thoughtful new features.

“For the large part, the pro-focused layout and measurement options on the market have experienced little-to-no innovation, resulting in tools with limited feature sets and lacking critical jobsite functionality. We aim to redefine layout category by developing products through direct end-user feedback and providing new solutions that do not force users to compromise function and performance,” said Ryan Schwoegler, director of product marketing at Milwaukee Tool.

“The new Milwaukee Trim Square & Pocket Level are designed to deliver compact, durable performance with unique features that enable users to be more productive on the jobsite.”

4-1/2” Trim Square: As the first mass-appeal compact square on the market, the 4-1/2” Trim Square is an everyday carry layout solution. With its 35% more compact size, it easily fits into tight work spaces, pockets, and pouches. High visibility laser etched markings will not wear off, providing trusted accuracy throughout the life of the square, while a 1/4" & 3/8" dual measurement heel also allows users to create quick marks.

Pipe Lock Level: The Pipe Lock Level is the ideal solution to prevent dog legs in conduit when making multiple bends. The small pipe lock level features best-in-class 270 degrees of vial visibility, making it the easiest conduit level to read on the market. The Non-Removable Thumb Screw features an e-Clip, which prevents the thumb screw from becoming lost on the jobsite or in your tool bag. The level also features three machined surfaces to give an accurate lock onto conduit, aiding in the prevention of dog legs.

Pocket Level: The new Pocket Level features amplified rare earth magnets, giving users over 2X the holding power of leading competitors. The pocket level features our SharpSite Magnified Vial Technology, allowing users to clearly read level, 1/8” and ¼” pitch from any position.  The optimized size makes the small Pocket Level the perfect option for getting into tight spaces on a jobsite. The pocket level also offers a weld clearance and a durable diecast aluminum construction.

All three of the new products are scheduled to be released in September. And all three can added to a tool belt for a suggested retail price of roughly $42.
