Jeld-Wen completes VPI acquisition
Window and door manufacturer Jeld-Wen said it has completed its acquisition of VPI Quality Windows, Inc.
VPI manufactures vinyl windows for mid-rise multifamily, institutional, hospitality and commercial projects in the western U.S.
Jeld-Wen reported that VPI is expected to add about $60 million in annual revenue. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
HBSDealer reported about the merger last March.
For 2018, Jeld-Wen reported revenues of $4.35 billion.
