ChainLink Research booked for ProDealer Conference

Bill McBeath, chief research officer of ChainLink Research in Cambridge, Mass., will address how the LBM industry can adopt supply chain best practices from other industries during a roundtable discussion at the 11th annual ProDealer Conference in San Diego.

The Sept. 20 session will cover a number of topics that relate to supply chain inefficiencies and issues that arise between trading partners in every industry. These include sharing and synchronizing data, performance management and scorecards, RFID applications and maximizing value from vendor compliance mandates.

ChainLink Research is a research and consulting firm that takes a cross-functional, end-to-end approach to the supply chain, evaluating models and distribution strategies from a number of industries, including high-tech, retail, consumer goods, logistics, defense and pharmaceutical.
