Cemex completes global digital platform rollout

Cemex, the building products manufacturer, said it has completed the deployment of its Cemex Go platform.

At this point roughly 6,000 customers are now using the cement company’s digital platform. Cemex Go was first introduced in the United States in 2017 where it now has 12,000 active users.

The product in now available in 21 countries with 96% of Cemex recurring customers using the product, which allows customers to place orders, schedule deliveries, and make payments, among other features.

Cemex said that more than 500,000 payments have been completed through Cemex Go on an annualized basis with more than 1.5 million deliveries made through the system.

According to Cemex, the company has a presence in 50 countries and operates 56 cement plants along with 11 cement mills.

The Monterrey, Mexico-based company also maintains 1,490 ready-mix concrete facilities globally and 258 distribution centers.
