Bradco acquires Quality Roofing
Bradco Supply, a national distributor of roofing, siding, windows and related building materials, has acquired Quality Roofing Supplies, of Schenectady, N.Y.

"This acquisition will enable Bradco to strengthen its presence in the area and expand its product offering and services to the Upper New York region.”
The Quality facility will continue to be managed by Fred Bogdon Jr. and Lori Bogdon Appel. Terms of the deal were not revealed.
Quality was founded in 1974 by Fred Bogdon Sr. and has served the Albany region of Upstate New York for more than 30 years, supplying contractors and builders with commercial and residential roofing, siding and windows. In addition, Quality operates a metal fabricating operation and a door and window facility at its Van Guysling Avenue location.
Bradco was founded in 1966 and has grown over the years to become one of the nation’s leading distributors of exterior building products. The company currently operates more than 130 locations throughout 30 states.
