3/3/2020
Barrette Outdoor Living (BOL) has announced that Boise Cascade Building Materials Distribution will distribute DuraLife decking products to retail lumber yards and home improvement centers in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and northern Virginia.

Boise Cascade plans to move the products through distribution locations in Delanco, N.J., Baltimore, Md., and Wheatland, Pa.

“Boise Cascade is a premier supplier of high-quality building materials,” said Kevin Brennan, vice president of sales and marketing at BOL. “We are excited about the expanded impact that they will have on sales of our DuraLife decking and railing products in the Mid-Atlantic region.”

The addition of DuraLife products gives the distributor an additional strong decking product, according to Boise Cascade.

“DuraLife decking products are a natural addition to the value-added, high-quality products we currently provide for our customers,” said Bill Schellhorn, branch manager at Boise Cascade’s Delanco location, “We feel confident that our distribution capabilities coupled with our strong reputation for providing quality service will add significant opportunities for DuraLife products in our market.”

Based in Biddeford, Maine, BOL produces vinyl, aluminum, steel, and composite products under a variety of brand names through specialty retailers, home centers and lumberyards. BOL is an independent subsidiary of Barrette and is privately owned and operated by the third generation of the Barrette family.

DuraLife recently signed another distribution agreement with Wausau Supply in Colorado.
