Armstrong appoints interim CFO

Armstrong World Industries has appointed William Rodruan interim chief financial officer starting April 1. Also on April 1, F. Nicholas Grasberger will become executive VP and CEO of Armstrong Building Products. Grasberger is replacing Stephen J. Senkowski who is retiring. The company is searching for Grasberger's successor.

Rodruan has worked at Armstrong for 33 years. Most recently, he served as VP finance of Armstrong Flooring Products Americas.

"Bill's breadth of experience with Armstrong will serve us well during this important transition,” said chairman and CEO Michael D. Lockhart. “He played a critical role as VP, controller and chief accounting officer during our Chapter 11 process."

Rodruan has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Shippensburg University.

Lancaster, Pa.-based Armstrong World Industries is a manufacturer of floors, ceilings and cabinets. The company operates 36 plants in 10 countries.
