ABC Supply expands in Wisconsin
ABC Supply has acquired the assets of Midwest Wholesale Materials Co.
Based in Madison, Wis., Midwest is a distributor of siding, windows, doors and steep-slope roofing. The company was founded in 1960 and operates a single location, which will now become ABC’s fourth location in the Madison market and 18th in Wisconsin.
In its announcement, ABC said the acquisition allows it to enhance its service in Madison and the surrounding communities while building deeper relationships with professional contractors and builders. Current Midwest Wholesale Materials associates will continue to work at the location, ensuring customers receive seamless access to the products and expertise they need to run their businesses.
“We are happy to welcome the Midwest Wholesale Materials team to our ABC Supply family,” said Mike Jost, chief operating officer of ABC Supply. “The new location solidifies our position as the premier distributor of exterior building products in the Madison market and strengthens our partnerships with area contractors.”
