New stores in Virginia

Taylor’s Do it Center of Virginia and Pleasants Hardware, a brand acquired by Taylor’s in January 2016, plan new store openings this fall.

A new Pleasants Hardware location will open in New Kent in October and a new Taylor’s Do it Center location will open in Gloucester Point in November. This will be the twelfth Taylor’s Do it Center location and ninth Pleasants Hardware location.

“Thanks to the strong support of our loyal customers in both Hampton Roads and Richmond, we’re excited to announce the opening of these two new locations,” said Taylor. “Building on our long history, we are excited to celebrate these two openings with our customers and neighbors and look forward to connecting with the local New Kent and Gloucester Point communities.”

The new Pleasants. Store is located at 2733 New Kent Highway in Quinton, Va. The new Taylor’s store will be at the Gloucester Point Shopping Center in Gloucester Point, Va.

The new stores will bring the retailer’s store count to 21 locations. Taylor’s Do it Center and Pleasants Hardware are members of Do it Best Corp.
